  • Do Surf Club Passes have a minimum age?

    Each guest must be 18+ in order to attend. ID will be required for entry.

  • What time does the event start and end?

    Venue doors open at 11:45am both days. Music programming from 12:00p-6:00p

  • Where are the Cabanas and Daybeds located?

    The Cabanas are located on either side of the wave pool and the Daybeds are spread throughout the venue. Visit the Passes Page for more information.

  • Will there be food at Surf Club?

    Yes, food and beverage options will be available on site. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free options will be available.

  • Can I access the water slides?

    Looking for more action? Take a ride on three unique water slides for an added rush. Water slide passes are available for $20 as an add-on to admission. Book HERE.

  • Can I surf?

    Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, Surf Club is with you at every step of your journey, offering customizable wave profiles for all skill levels. Wave pool sessions are available for private bookings only. Visit The Palm Springs Surf Club website for more details.

  • Are there lockers available?

    Yes, lockers are available for purchase on site. Daybed purchasers will also have access to a safe under their daybeds. Purchase HERE.

  • Can I bring a camera?

    A phone camera, small point and shoot without interchangeable lenses or GoPro (no poles/extender) are fine to bring in. No video cameras or professional cameras will be allowed into the event.

  • Will there be free water refill stations?

    Yes.

  • Will you be posting set times in advance?

    Yes, please check back closer to event dates.

  • Is there parking?

    Yes, parking can be purchased for $20 on site

  • Where is the Rideshare drop off/pick up point?

  • How do I book a Daybed or Cabana?

    Visit the Passes Page for more information on how to purchase a Daybed or Cabana pass package.

  • I placed an order, but did not receive my pass(es).

    You should receive AXS Mobile ID digital passes within your AXS App within 10 minutes after you complete your purchase. For any additional questions or help getting your mobile passes, please contact AXS Order Support https://support.axs.com/

  • Can I use my 2-Day pass for any weekend?

    2-Day passes are good only for the weekend you purchased.

  • Can I upgrade my single day pass for a weekend pass?

    Contact AXS Order Support to inquire while supplies last. https://support.axs.com/

  • Can we buy festival passes for all weekends?

    Of course! We salute you.

  • Can I transfer my pass to a friend?

    To transfer your order to a friend, log into your AXS app and go to YOUR EVENTS. From there, select the order that you want to transfer and enter the name and email address you want to transfer the pass to.

  • I purchased a daybed or cabana. Where do I get more information?

  • I bought a Coachella travel package, does my ticket include access?

    Yes for all Palm Springs and Cathedral City hotel travel package purchasers, your package includes 2-day passes for GVSC. Your wristbands will be included at your check-in.
