What You Need To Know

Discover a destination like no other at Goldenvoice Surf Club. Your pass unlocks the gates to the park. Delve into the resort-style amenities, lounge by the pool, meander along the lazy river, explore our partner activations, and indulge in the meticulously crafted dining and drink offerings. The amphitheater will host our roster of festival talent in an intimate setting, with the music carried around the park. For those in pursuit of heightened thrills, access to the water slides is available with the purchase of an additional pass.

  • How do I book a Daybed or Cabana?
    Visit the Passes Page for more information on how to purchase a Daybed or Cabana pass package.
  • ⁠I placed an order, but did not receive my pass(es).
    You should receive AXS Mobile ID digital passes within your AXS App within 10 minutes after you complete your purchase. For any additional questions or help getting your mobile passes, please contact AXS Order Support at https://support.axs.com/.
  • Can I use my 2-Day pass for any weekend?
    2-Day passes are good only for the weekend you purchased.
  • Can I upgrade my single day pass for a weekend pass?

  • Can we buy festival passes for all weekends?
    Of course! We salute you.
  • Can I transfer my pass to a friend?
    To transfer your order to a friend, log into your AXS app and go to YOUR EVENTS. From there, select the order that you want to transfer and enter the name and email address you want to transfer the pass to.
  • I purchased a daybed or cabana. Where do I get more information?

  • I bought a Coachella travel package, does my ticket include access?
    Yes for all Palm Springs and Cathedral City hotel travel package purchasers, your package includes 2-day passes for GVSC. Your wristbands will be included at your check-in.

  • Do Surf Club Passes have a minimum age?
    Each guest must be 21+ in order to attend. ID will be required for entry.
  • What time does the event start and end?
    Venue doors open at 12pm both days. Music programming from 12:00p-6:00p
  • Where are the Cabanas and Daybeds located?
    The Cabanas are located on either side of the wave pool and the Daybeds are spread throughout the venue. Visit the Passes page for more information.
  • Will there be food at Surf Club?
    Yes, food and beverage options will be available on site. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free options will be available.
  • Are there hotel options available?
    • Hotel ZOSO (located 12 minutes from the venue) is offering a 25% discounted rate. Click here to book now.
    • The Saguaro Hotel in Palm Springs (located 10 minutes from the venue) is offering a 15% discounted rate. Click here to book now.
  • Can I access the water slides?
    Yes, water slide access can be purchased for $20 on site.
  • Can I Surf?
    Surf sessions will be announced and reserved via the Palm Springs Surf Club website.
  • Are there lockers available?
    Yes, lockers are available for purchase on site. Daybed purchasers will also have access to a safe under their daybeds.
  • ⁠Can I bring a camera?
    A phone camera, small point and shoot without interchangeable lenses or GoPro (no poles/extender) are fine to bring in. No video cameras or professional cameras will be allowed into the event.
  • ⁠Will there be free water refill stations?
    Yes.
  • Do you have a lost & found?

  • ⁠Will you be posting set times in advance?

  • Is there parking?

Health & Safety

The event shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event and which may change at any time as determined by federal, state or local government agencies or instrumentalities, artists or the promoter; such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures and attendance requirements, such as proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test, and other protective measures such as requiring attendees to wear face coverings. If any ticket holder does not comply with any laws, mandates, health orders or directives, promoter or event terms, conditions or rules, then the promoter or event operator may refuse admission to the event or require the ticket holder to leave the venue and such ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund.

Covid-19 Warning

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19.

Attendee Promise & Health Acknowledgement

All attendees agree to follow festival policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the festival. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the festival. By entering the festival, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to viruses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and confirm that they will adhere to federal, state and local mandates and/or any quarantine or isolation recommendations.

Public Safety

Security and safety are of utmost importance. We work hand in hand with law enforcement and public safety agencies to help ensure the safety of our events. Because of those very same concerns, we are unable to publicly comment on detailed, specific actions which are taken. You will notice safety measures upon your arrival such as dog sweeps, bag checks, and walk-through metal detectors (magnetometers, open gates or evolve systems) for all attendees, staff, and performers.

Please note that we will implement safety screenings upon festival entry. Please arrive early and note the Prohibited Items list. Prohibited items will be refused upon entry and must be returned to the patron’s vehicle or disposed of by the patron.

In the event of an emergency, information may be relayed on the video screens, over the audio system, and/or through mobile notifications via the festival app.

If you, or a friend, require medical assistance please locate your nearest medical tent or alert a staff member. And remember: if you see something, say something. Flag down any staff member or public safety official if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right.
