Lost & Found

Losing something is never fun, but Guest Services is happy to help! View found items in real time during and after the show.

How it Works

  • Search for your lost item in the section below.
  • Don’t see your item? Fill out an Alert . By creating an Alert, you’ll get notified when an item in your category gets turned in. So, no need to constantly revisit the Guest Services team all weekend!
  • View this online Lost & Found in the Splash House Mobile App anytime or stop by any Guest Services location for further assistance during festival hours.
  • Saw your item? Claim it! Submit a Claim and our Guest Services team will get back to you as soon as possible with pick-up instructions or mailing options.

  • When is it open?

    Our staff is available up to an hour after music programming each day. View items ONLINE ANYTIME on this page.

  • What if I left the festival? How do I get my stuff back?

    If you missed us during our hours of operation, and we’ve verified ownership from your Claim, you can select shipping from your confirmation email.

  • How updated is the inventory on Lost & Found?

    Items are added to the website as soon as they are turned in to our team. The website has the most up-to-date inventory at that time.

  • What if I found something at Surf Club? Where do I turn it in?

    Take found items to our Guest Services team located inside the PSSC lobby, near the Lockers. Please DO NOT hand over items to random staff or guards.

  • I see my item! How do I get it back?

    Submit a Claim for the item. We’ll ask for additional details to verify ownership if necessary. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with pick up and shipping information.

  • What if I don't see my item on the website?

    We encourage you to submit an Alert <https://gvsurfclub.liff.app/#/alert>. If an item similar to yours is turned in, you’ll get a notification to check the website.

  • What if I think my item was stolen?

    We recommend filing a crime report <https://www3.palmsprings-ca.gov/services/online-crime-report/> with the Palm Springs Police Department.
